There is much planning and preparation taking place this spring in anticipation of flooding in many areas across Minnesota.  United Way 2-1-1 is busy gathering response and recovery resources and information for many areas of the state including volunteer opportunities, where residents can access sandbags, as well as traveler information and general information.
